Griffith University launches online Digital campus

To keep up with the rapidly-changing world and meet the needs of the 21st-century student, Griffith University has launched its Digital campus.

Adding to its extensive educational infrastructure across South East Queensland, including campuses at the Gold Coast, Nathan, Mount Gravatt, South Bank and Logan, Griffith has now opened the virtual doors of its Digital campus.

Already becoming the university’s third largest and now fastest-growing campus, Griffith’s Digital campus offers an extensive range of undergraduate and postgraduate 100% online degrees through a vibrant, virtual community.

“During the past 10 years, the world has seen a rapid uptake of online learning and Griffith University has been to the forefront of this educational revolution in Australia,” Professor Debra Henly, Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic), said.

This new campus caters to the requirements of the modern student, who needs the flexibility to study anywhere, anytime. Students can pace their study to balance a range of other work, life and family commitments – with the option to fast-track their studies to finish sooner, or press pause when life gets in the way.

Griffith University also continues to invest significantly in its teaching and professional staff, continuously upskilling its lecturers and technology staff that support the effective delivery of its online learning offering.

“While the needs of the traditional on-campus student will continue to be addressed and looked after, we can also promise that students enrolling through Griffith’s Digital campus will have a unique learning experience,” Professor Henly said.
