
Leveraging a decade of strategic and marketing experience in the workforce, Nick went on to pursue an academic career in the area of sustainability and strategy development, and is now the Academic Director for Griffith Online.

Mirela has an academic career that spans 15 years in the field of Finance including obtaining a PhD. She has particular expertise in behavioural finance, blended learning strategies, academic integrity and authentic assessment.

Paula’s diverse background, including working in the public sector and with multinationals and small businesses, provided a springboard for her current academic career. Paula specialises in high performance cultures, employee engagement and creating inclusive work environments.

Melissa combines over 23 years of commercial accounting experience in high-level finance roles, across multiple industries such as healthcare and media, with her first-hand experience as a Griffith MBA graduate.

Not only does Stephanie have academic and workplace expertise in Marketing and Business Strategy, but as a business owner herself, she can also provide valuable insights from an SME perspective. Specifically, her areas of expertise include strategy and strategic alliances, new product and service innovations as well as knowledge transfer and absorption across and within organisations.
